2026 4th Annual Wild Game Dinner

Saturday, September 12th we are hosting our fourth annual fundraising event, a Wild Game Dinner and Live Auction at the beautiful Kitalou Gin in Lubbock, Tx. Please join us for an exciting evening filled with delicious wild game (and other protein for those not interested in venison) live auction, silent auction, live music and door prizes. With your generosity, we are hoping to raise $50,000 to become a Gold Contributor at the 2027 San Antonio Junior Livestock Auction. As a Gold level contributor, the Sweethearts spend 3 days attending the auction to support each South Plains exhibitor that enters the sale ring when they make the Junior Livestock sale each February.

This amount will allow us to continue to support over 150 West Texas exhibitors!
